COUNSELLING PHILOSOPHY:

*I believe everyone should be treated equally, fairly, and with respect.

*My goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment while helping people on their journey to healing.

*It is important to be heard and able to trust and confide in someone who can offer support and methods to help heal when life can seem overwhelming, uncertain, and painful with often sudden unexpected changes. I understand this firsthand and thus became a therapist in order to be that confidential support person for others.

*I believe everyone is unique with their own thoughts and ideas and should be treated as the individual they are.

*I want to do the best I can to allow your therapeutic journey be progressive, effective, and affordable.

*I am also just a fellow human and experience things myself.  I am in no way superior, infallible, or immune to life's stressors. We are in this life together! My hope is that in knowing this about me, you can feel less alone in whatever is happening and know that I'm here for you.
